Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship to other countries.

2. When your order ships

• T-shirts are printed to order by our print partner. They ship within 5 business days after you order.
• Books and puppy gear ship within 5 business days after you order.

If you order a shirt with other items, they ship in separate packages and may arrive on different days.

3. Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 2 to 8 business days, depending on the carrier and where you live. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Tracking

We email you a tracking number when each package ships.

6. Delays

If we cannot ship within the times above, we will email you a new ship date. You can then choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

7. Lost, damaged, or returned packages

• Lost. If your package has not arrived 10 business days after it shipped, or tracking says it was delivered and you cannot find it, email us. We will work with the carrier and make it right.
• Damaged. See our Refund Policy.
• Wrong address. Please check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will reship it once you pay the new shipping cost.
